Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a 95% cancellation fee for any No-Shows and cancellations within this business. Any appointments 10 minutes late or more will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the cancellation fee. Please be aware that if you are less than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled (razor line-up service at the end will potentially be jeopardized) To avoid any and all cancellation fees for any scheduled services you are unable to attend, please be sure to process any cancellations more than 24 hours in advance to your appointment date. As the cancellation fee is never charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete.
